Each Summer Supply of Grass-fed Beef includes:

Steaks (cut 1" thick and vacuum packed 2 per package):

• ~6 Prime Rib Steaks
• ~6 Sirloin Steaks
• ~6 New York Steaks
• ~6 Tenderloins
• 1 Flank or Skirt Steak

Ground Beef (1lb packages)

• ~55lb

Speciality Items (to be customized after checkout vacuum packed individually)

• Sirloin Tip Roast
• Thor's hammer shank roast
• Korean style cross cut short ribs

Order Details

Orders place before the 5th of each month are fully customizable for pickup at the farm or delivery after the 14th of each month. 

The number of steaks and ground beef is slightly variable based on any final selections and customizations; however your order provide you with 85 +/- 5lb of beef. All decisions around cuts and packaging are made by our butcher with the best interest of the customer in mind. 

It is recommended you have at least 4cu/ft of freezer space.
