Each Here for a Good Time, Not a Long Time pack includes:

Steaks (cut 1" thick and vacuum packed 2 per package):

• 12 Premium Steaks, including Prime Rib Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, New York Steaks or Tenderloins

Ground Beef (1lb packages)

• ~27lb

Speciality Items (to be customized after checkout vacuum packed individually)

• Sirloin Tip Roast
• Korean style cross cut short ribs

Order Details

Orders place before the 5th of each month are fully customizable for pickup at the farm or delivery after the 14th of each month. 

The number of steaks and ground beef is slightly variable based on any final selections and customizations; however your order provide you with 42 +/- 5lb of beef. All decisions around cuts and packaging are made by our butcher with the best interest of the customer in mind. 

It is recommended you have at least 4cu/ft of freezer space.
